Return Policy

Because every cannabis packaging we produce is custom-decorated and made to order from your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom orders.

There is one safeguard: if your order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it covers our errors, not a change of mind.

The free-mockup approval step exists precisely so you can confirm every detail — artwork, colors, quantity, and finish — before anything goes into production. Please review your mockup carefully; once you approve it and production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
