Ordering
What’s the minimum order?
Our standard minimum is 1,000 units per design. Smaller pilot runs can sometimes be quoted case by case — just ask.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We produce runs into the hundreds of thousands for multi-market and MSO programs, with better pricing at volume.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We can provide component samples or a pre-production proof so you can confirm fit, closure, and print before the full run.
Can I mix formats in one order?
Yes. Combine bags, tubes, jars, and boxes to reach volume pricing and keep artwork consistent across your line.
Can I reorder and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork and specs on file so reorders match exactly and skip most setup.
Compliance
Are your closures certified child-resistant?
Yes. Our press-and-slide zippers, pop-tops, squeeze-tops, and CR lids are tested to the recognized standards (ASTM D3475 / 16 CFR 1700.20).
Do you guarantee my packaging is compliant in my state?
We build to certified closures and place required copy correctly, but cannabis rules vary by state and change often. You confirm your market’s current requirements; we build to them.
Can you lay out the required symbols and warnings?
Yes. Our designers routinely place universal symbols, warning statements, THC/CBD content, net weight, and lot and date fields alongside your branding.
Is your packaging smell-proof and opaque?
Our foil exit bags are opaque and smell-proof, and we offer opaque and amber containers where light protection or opacity is required.
Do you offer tamper-evident options?
Yes. Foil induction seals, shrink bands, and tamper-evident features are available across most formats.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. We only charge once the design is signed off.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. If you only have a logo, our designers build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We support Pantone/spot matching so packaging stays consistent across your line and markets.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you’re ready to approve.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
About 2–3 weeks from approved mockup for most formats; custom boxes run slightly longer due to tooling and finishing.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for firm deadlines — tell us your date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide within legal markets. Packaging ships to your licensed facility; see our Shipping Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If an order arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected units at no cost. See our Return Policy.
Pricing & Payment
How much does cannabis packaging cost?
Pricing is by quote and depends on format, size, closure, decoration, and quantity — typically $0.14–$3.50 per unit at MOQ. Each product page shows a representative range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Because the accurate number depends on your exact specs and volume. A quick quote gives you a real, itemized price.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, ACH, and purchase orders for established, licensed businesses. Details are confirmed with your quote.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. Send a comparable quote and we’ll work to beat it on equivalent specs.
