Shipping Policy

Every Custom Cannabis Packaging Co. order is custom-made to your approved artwork, so production and shipping timelines begin only after you sign off on your mockup. Typical production runs about 2–3 weeks from approval; rush options are often available for firm event dates — just tell us your deadline when you request a quote.

Shipping costs are quoted per order based on quantity, weight, and destination, and are confirmed with your quote before you pay. We ship nationwide and can accommodate most international destinations on request. Tracking is provided once your order leaves our facility.

These timeframes are estimates and can vary by order, season, and carrier conditions. We do not guarantee specific carriers, fixed delivery dates, or fixed transit times, but we always work to hit the date you need and will keep you updated if anything changes.
